Half Measures is a Montreal based rock n roll quartet. The band formed in Spring 2012, consisting of former members of Starvin Hungry (Scott Mucklow-guitar, Spencer Warren-drums) They were soon joined by Amanda Bechard on vox, and Mark Goodwin on bass.
